We are using LS1043A, IFC Chip select muxed with GPIO query

we are connecting 3 devices with IFC of LS1043A which were NOR, and Two FPGA with CS0, CS1 and CS2. I wish to use CS3 as GPIO. Is there a Way? Where should i check in RCW? 

We are not using QSPI and Frequency Timer Module. If there is a way to use IFC_CS3 as GPIO please explain me how we shall make that setting.

No, all three pins IFC_CS_B[1:3] are configured by the same (only one) RCW field "IFC_GRP_E1_BASE"

Please look LS1043A Reference Manual, Table 3-9 for IFC pin multiplexing details.
