Hello,

I have tested HVP-MC3PH.

The below option is test condition of Motor.

 - KDS : KDS 3.2.0

 - S/W : MCRSP_BLDC_V1.3.0

 - Used to HVP-KV46F150M Card

 - Free master : 2.0.2.4

 - Motor spec :

       -> slot : 12

       -> poles : 8

       -> Resistance : 26Ohm

       -> Inductance : 100mH

I have modified S/W.

 PP : 4

 Iph nom : 5

Uph nom : 220

N nom : 6000

When I tested this condition, It was turn off at 2000rpm.

The below graph is ours when stopping the motor.

Please refer attached stop.png file.

The below was fixed motor parameter.

I would like to turn when it is more 2000 rpm.

How can I fixed?

If you want to receive other resource of motor or test condition, I'm ready to give for that.

Thanks.

Hello,

I have more questions.

please refer to below figures.

pastedImage_1.png

       figure-1

pastedImage_2.png

     figure-2

When set to 6000 rpm, there is a difference in motor operation depending on the D-bus current.

figure-1 is failed.(upper 0.08A)

figure-2 is good.(under 0.08A)

How do I fix it?

Thanks.

Hi Park.

From your posts, I am not definitely sure, if you are to able to spin your motor nominal speed 6000 rpm? And if yes, how long?

But... from your pictures, it seems the BEMF threshold value must be tuned.

To tune BEMF threshold value do the following:

  • In MCAT tool go to "Sensorless" tab and change the "Integ thr corr." parameter. Try to increase and decrease this parameter.

This could help.

For more options how to tune your BLDC aaplication read the chapter 5 from AN5263.

Regards,

Martin.
