For MPC5645s' errata, e9066, one 4.7kOhm resistor was suggested to be added at TCK pin which could pull down it and prevent any potential lock-up issue, as e9066.
For MPC5606s, it has no such errata, even MPC5606s and MPC5645s were all for cluster application.
Can you help to check whether MPC5606s also should place one 4.7kOhm resistance to pull down its TCK and prevent potential lock-up issue?
If MPC5606s has no such issue and one 4.7k ohm resistance was added on its TCK pin and pull-down, whether it will affect the normal operation on MPC5606s?
