Imx6sx video frame rate issue

Hi,
After installing Android i am trying to play mp4 video clips. Even at low resolution like <480p i am seeing lag and video is not smooth. I tried
changing 1-3 in dtsi file power-domains = <&gpc 3>  , but no use.

Please help me how to enable GPU & hardware acceleration to run video smoothly. also let me how to change GPU frequency

i.MX6SX has not vpu (video hardware acceleration module),

please bsps on below link, use documenation included in packages
