The 74LVC3G17-Q100 data sheet contains a spec.- Ioff (power-off leakage current). The data sheet for a similar part 74AHC3G14-Q100 does not contain this spec. Can you provide this specification for the 74AHC3G14-Q100?

When you wrote "similar parts", I believe you meant Schmitt trigger functionality. However there are differences. One belongs to LVC family, other one to AHC. One supports power-down feature and therefore has Ioff specification, other one does not support that feature, so Ioff is not applicable. In particular this means that it is not allowed to apply voltage to the output of the 74AHC3G14-Q100 when VCC=0V.
