Hello,
We are making custom boards that have the KV31 MCU on them. During firmware installation, the KMS library was accidentally erased and the MCU was set in secure mode. What do we need on our boards in order for the KMS library to be reflashed? We currently have a Mini 10-pin JTAG connector and are flashing the boards using the SWD protocol.
Thanks,
Spencer

Hi, Spencer,
The KV31 with "P" suffix have the KMS library in flash which is written in factory. Unfortunately, the KMS library is third party code, we have not the source code, we have not the binary code either.
Sorry for not helping you.

Spencer, the only way for you to re-activate your MCU's with KMS library is to removed the secured devices and replace them with production parts. For the QFP package parts this is not a difficult task with the right equipment.

Philip
