Hi,

Our customer request to know about current value(both typ. and max current)

in Deep-Sleep mode of each Power Pin as following.

The target device is a i.MX6Quad.

  NVCC_SD1

  NVCC_SD2

  NVCC_SD3

  NVCC_NANDF

  NVCC_GPIO

  NVCC_LCD

  NVCC_EIM0

  NVCC_EIM1

  NVCC_EIM2

  NVCC_CSI

  NVCC_ENET

Do you have some current consumption result of each Power pin in Deep-sleep mode?

Best regards,

Ishii.

as general reference one can look at Application Note AN4509
"i.MX 6Dual/6Quad Power Consumption Measurement"

Dear igor

Thank you for your response.

But I already show this documents and it have no data for each NVCC power line.

So, I post this question.

Best regards,

Ishii.

Hi,

I don't believe we have any numbers for that, however from the datasheet you can see the estimator equation for the NVCC_ supplies is as follows -

pastedImage_1.png

Where the interface (F)requency of operation is one of the main factors in determining the current consumption, in deep sleep mode the interfaces should be static and F effectively 0, which means the current supply at that time should be limited to leakage only, may vary slightly depending on the number of IO associated with the supply in question.

Our hardware development boards have some 0 ohm links that should make it fairly easy to take some measurements if required, see the SABRE SDB for example -

Dear Ross

Thank you for your support.

Do you have some outline value of each power sources?

Best regards,

Hi Ishii,

No I don't have any actual numbers for this, the theory states it should be minimal/near zero, if the customer is concerned can only suggest using one of our boards, as described above to take some measurements to get an indication of actual numbers, again if all interfaces are static they should all behave in the same manner.
