PPS output signal from TWR-LS1021A

I'm successfully running PTPd stack on a TWR-LS1021A board using the IEEE-1588 extensions to the gianfar driver. However, I see no activity at all on the 1588 header (J16). Specifically, I would like to measure the PPS signal. What steps do I need to take to accomplish this?

Check RCW on your board. Are these pins assigned to TSEC_1588?

Thanks for your response Pavel. I'm using the default RCW (see below) and I don't know how to interpret it or change it. Are there any tools available for viewing and generating RCWs? (I'm not using CodeWarrior.)
