CCM_CLKO1/CCM_CLKO2 signals Jitter spec in i.MX6Q/D

Hi all

I want to use i.MX6Q and plan to use  CCM_CLKO1/CCM_CLKO2 with VIDEO_27M_CLK_ROOT.

I checked a reference manual and data sheet but couldn't find jitter spec information.

Where can I find it ?
