Hi There,
I want to check for IMX7 Dual.
I obtained IBIS model for implementing the SI simulation.
SI:Signal Integrity
Memory uses LPDDR3.
IBIS models has the following two models.
・mx7d_12x12_1p8v_lpddr3.ibs
・mx7d_12x12_3p3v_lpddr3.ibs
I use IMX7 Dual.
Device:「MCIMX7D7DVM10SC」
Do you have a model of 19x19?
Best regards

Solved! Go to Solution.
Hello,
Please refer to Table 27 (IBIS Model naming convention) of the Hardware Development Guide
Different IBIS files relate to different GPIO supply voltages NVCC_xxx.
Have a great day,
Yuri

How should used properly of model ?
Should I change the model in the case of somewhere voltage 1.8V or 3.3V ?
