imx6ul DDR3 SIZE chage to 256M form evk's 512M ,mfgtool download rootfs fail

i use imx6ul chip to design our project, the difference between EVK and our board ,only change the DDR3 to 256M, the type number is MT41K128M16.  when i use the mfgtool download fimware to EMMC, there is some issue happen , the rootfs can't  download. please see the log.  how do i change my mfgtool or u-boot or kernel to solve this problem? thanks !
