Hello Li,

No, it cannot. Entering in the Low Power mode LPOFF - SLEEP is only available if the product is in Normal mode by sending a secured SPI command.

Best regards,

Tomas

Hi Tomas,

However, according to my test, the MC33907 can enter in LPOFF-SLEEP in debug mode.

Could you make a test and tell me why?

Best regards,

Li

Hi Li,

I have to correct my previous answer. Yes, the MC33907 can enter in the Low Power mode LPOFF - SLEEP also in the Debug mode by SPI command after closing the INIT phase of the Main state machine.

Best regards,

Tomas

What are the functionalities that can be performed while in debug mode?
1. Entering into LPOFF mode ? (Yes/No)
2. Wakeup functionality ?  (Yes/No)
3. Watchdog operation ?  (Yes/No)

Also, please I want to know whether in debug mode (entered via DEBUG pin), does SBC (MC33907) have has Init, Normal and LPOFF modes? or only under Normal operation (DEBUG pin grounded), SBC (MC33907) has Init, Normal and LPOFF modes?
