Hi,

As most of you may know, i.MX6DL ldo setpoint slightly changed along with updated datasheet rev.4 Dec.2014.

<kernel>/arch/arm/boot/dts/imx6dl.dtsi

/* kHz uV */
996000 1275000
792000 1175000
396000 1075000 --> 1150000

So we took care of it and everything looked OK until yesterday.
Today we found almost same freeze problem when issued following command.

$ ifconfig eth0 off

It seems this problem happen just after clock frequency fell into 396MHz too.
If not issue such command, problem have never been observed.

Have someone ever heard such issue?

What's the difference w/ifconfig and wo/ifconfig?

Can someone help me?
Thanks.

Hello torus1000,

Are you using the latest revision of the i.MX6DL datasheet (link below)?

http://www.nxp.com/files/32bit/doc/data_sheet/IMX6SDLCEC.pdf

The VDD_ARM_IN minimum is set to 1.125V for 396Mhz. It is likely this is affecting your design. Would you please test increasing the voltage and let us know if it helps?
