mmdc command for Anroid M6.0 for MX6Q-SABRE-SDB

We run Android M6.0 on SABRE-SDB.

   BSP: IMX6_M6.0.1_2.1.0_ANDROID_SOURCE_BSP (REV M6.0.1_2.1.0)

We want to use mmdc command.
However, we cannot use mmdc command.

The following error occurs.

Could not open /dev/mem
===========================

Would you tell me the method using mmdc command on Android M6.0?

A problem was settled by making config of kernel Enable.
