Actually i am using the code which already developed by some one...no
error in that because who developed that code they had flashed &
checked..in my end it is not happening...i need your support to finish
that flashing..

Could you share a screenshot of your debug configuration? in P&E micro it should appear selected an Interface and a PORT in the debug configuration window as follow in the next image:
If you are not able to select both of them, please check that your device manager can identify your debug interface and let me know what you get.

In device manager it is OpenSDA- CDC Serial port(com7) comes
underports(com&lpt).

a common reason for that "error in services launch sequence" message is that there is a dangling GDB server. See https://mcuoneclipse.com/2015/05/18/gdb-client-and-server-unlocking-gdb/ . Can you check that the P&E GDB server is not still running (if so, kill it in the task manager)?

I found problem, and I had flashed...
problem is firmware of freescale board is not updated..

freescale got installed . Eventhough i cant select port..
