I.MX6 Stress test

Dear Community,

i found the great tool I.MX6 Stress test for the testing of our DDR3. One short question. We connect the I.MX6 via USB and i have with the MFG Tools a Connection. But with the Stress-test-tool i reiceive only "ERROR: Can't open USB device!!!".

Anyone who have the same issue and a solution?

this document is helpful, and you can find someone has the same issue as yours, you should confirm if your mfgtools can recognize your usb or not.
