I Lost my USB to FTDI Cable of KITVALVECNTLEVM.

I bought KITVALVECNTLEVM .

However I lost my USB to FTDI Cable.

So, I have to buy it.

But, I can't find the specification of KITVALVECNTLEVM 's USB to FTDI Cable.

What Spec do I have to buy ?

TTL-232R-3V3 or TTL-232R-5V

Please help me to buy the correct USB to FTDI Cable for KITVALVECNTLEVM.

Hi Sanghoon,

According to KITVALVECNTLEVM schematic, the MCU power supply is provided by MCZ33903CS5EK SBC.

This SBC provides 5V power supply.

So, you will need USB to Serial (to UART/SCI) cable with 5V voltage levels (rather CMOS instead of TTL).

The typical chips for such cable are for example FTDI FT232R, Prolific PL2303, SILABS CP2102,…
