IMX6 CPU挂死

目前我们公司使用的IMX6四核的CPU，很容易出现CPU挂死的现象，而且挂死的这个过程中，没有任何的打印，包括连上ARM的调试工具也无法识别，这种现象在我们在视频编解码的时候很容易出现，目前这边还没有定位到问题，不知道大家有没有出现类似的情况。还有我想请教下芯片上面的TEST_MODE怎么用？手册上没有详细介绍这部分的使用。

你好，感谢您的回答。针对你提的问题我们也做了验证：

1、内存的问题，我们是有长时间测试，是没有问题的

2、电源的问题，arm的输入以及输出电源文波都非常好，在20MV以内，SOC的输入文波有点大，峰峰值在60MV，PU的文波也在20MV，而且当CPU挂死的时候，文波也没有变化。

3、目前我们可以认为是GPU先死，然后再导致CPU挂死，因为可以明显的看到画面花屏，我们有尝试将ARM电源拉低，CPU死后，GPU还是正常，画面没有花屏。下一步会尝试使用最新的BSP
