Can we get detailed information on the samples in LPC Open?

In one of the products we need to work on we has LPC1820FBD144. The hardware has been designed by someone else and we don't have much clarity or access to that as of now. All we have is the schematics. We are currently in the software requirement gathering phase. We are understanding the various samples in LPC open. Since we don't have the hardware it's not possible for us to try them out. If you could provide more and detailed information on each of the samples it would be great. Based on the name of the README it's hard for us to understand the purpose of the drivers. For eg: usbd_rom_cdc_uart. We understood from the README that this could be the USB to UART bridge. A user would send data from the one end over USB and the output would be UART data. Is our understanding correct?

Hi Ankur,

You are correct that the name of the example, the contents of the "readme.txt", looking at source code, and optionally running the example on hardware are the methods to learn about LPCOpen and the respective peripheral drivers.
