Simulating temperature effects on AWR models for the AFT09MS015N and AFIC901N

Hi

I want to be able to simulate the effect of temperature on the Idq of my device using AWR. How can I achieve this using the device models for AFT09MS015N ad AFIC901N?

I see that the symbol for the AFIC901N has two pins called Vth1 and Vth2. How are these used?

We do not have the thermal node connected for our models. Model is default at +25C.
