How can I access the device via JTAG? I have the censorship password. In Reference Manual there's only on note:

JTAG password details:

Enter password as
{NVPWD1, NVPWD0}

example –
0x89ABCDEF_01234567

But how and where should I enter it (register?) ?

you should refer to:
Example MPC5604B Censorship CW210
link:The document included in this demo addresses this kind of censorship problem very well.

Hi,

try the following process described in official Lauterbach documentation:

This is definiteIy not a solution. This process only describes Lauterbach specific configuration. Neither does It say what the Lauterbach debugger does, nor do I have one to test it. I am using my own developed debugger and I have to add the feature to access censored devices. So what I need is the description of JTAG censorship unlocking sequence. It is mentioned but not explained in the reference manual:

Hi,

I would like to apologize for my misunderstanding.

Please look at the following app note, which should be more helpful for you.
