Several timer count/data need to keep in SRAM,

I can't use STOP1, STOP2/STOP3 are fine.

Is there a way to approach?

I am a little bit confuse about your project, but you can store your data in flash before you go to stop, or if you have and external memory you can send the data to the memory and after that you go to stop.

It's S08QG8, it seems this mcu doesn't have a backup zone.
