On the LS1043a development boad, can the mini-pcie slot have it's SERDES configured to SATA and work as a MSATA compatible slot?

Can a mSata be piggy backed on the miniPCIe connector on board with a serdes reconfiguration?

This is not possible because SATA could be configured only on SerDes lane 3 (D), while mPCIe slot is connected to the lane 2 (C).
