processor is out of reset after isolating HRESET_REQ_B signal. I did did isolate the HRESET_REQ_B, now the HRESET# not toggling (in deasserted mode - logic high), yet unable to go through the JTAG. Is there anyway to program Flash (NOR or NAND) ?

I am working on P1020 . Processor is out of reset after isolating HRESET_REQ_B signal.   I did did isolate the HRESET_REQ_B, now the HRESET#  not toggling (in deasserted mode - logic high), yet unable to go through the JTAG. Is there anyway to program Flash (NOR or NAND) ?
