V4L2 lib

I check the project if it has the V4L2 lib like gstreamer ? Does it have ? and How to use or porting ?

I just  can find the gstreamer function .But no v4l2 .For example the LIBV4L_PUBLIC int v4lconvert_supported_dst_format(unsigned int pixelformat);

can I use this function ?

V4L2 and gstreamer are supported.
