I am working on some Thermal Analysis for our project, and we are moving along OK.  But I am looking for some Temp Parameters, could you please validate and/or provide the Theta JA, Theta JC, Max Junction Temp, Operating Temp Range, and Junction Temp Range.

According to the BAT720 Datasheet http://cache.nxp.com/documents/data_sheet/BAT720.pdf

Section 5. Limiting values - Tamb=Tj is -55 +125 C

Section 6. Thermal characteristics - Rth(j-a) - thermal resistance from junction to ambient in free air = 500 K/W

According to the BZV55 Datasheet http://cache.nxp.com/documents/data_sheet/BZV55_SER.pdf

Section 5. Limiting values - Tj junction temperature -65 +200 C

Section 6. Thermal characteristics

Rth(j-a) - thermal resistance from junction to ambient in free air = 380 K/W

Rth(j-sp) - thermal resistance from junction to solder point = 300 K/W

Have a great day,
Andrei
