Is there a script aid tool for iMX6UL using LPDDR2

We will be bringing up a new board using iMX6UL and 400Mz 16 bit wide lpddr2 is there a script aid tool to help with configuration? We plan to use Winbond W97AH6KBVX21 1 Gb part 8 banks 13 rows 10 columns
