P5020DS has been EOL'd - why and what is its replacement?

P5020DS has been EOL'd - why and what is its replacement?

We were going to order multiple P5020DS-PB but just found out that it has been End-of-Life'd.

Any idea why?  And what is the alternative path, the P5040DS?

I can not say exactly why the board become EOL, probably because of low market demand - the P5020 processor is relatively mature product, announced more than 6 years ago.

Yes, you are right, now we offer more recent devices in high-performance segment, T4240 for example.
