Unable to flash target microcontroller anymore

Hi,

I was able to flash the target microcontroller (MKL05Z32VLF4) for a few times via the SWD interface without any problem, but later on after a few times the flashing was not happening. Upon measuring the voltage difference between the reset pin and ground, it was 1.8V, while the resistance between the reset pin and ground showed 3K ohms. I cross-checked the voltage difference and resistance at the reset pin with another identical target microcontroller, and i got the readings as 3.2V and 8K ohm respective. What could be the possible reasons that the reset pin voltage and resistance are altered over the usage?

Any form of suggestion / input will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
