MPC8640D:target is not stopped

你好，我用的器件是MPC8640D双核PowerPC，在链接JTAG时出现报错，报错信息是“target is not stopped”，请问这会是哪些因素引起的？另外PowerPC的上电时间和上电时序也已经测试过，满足数据手册要求。

The debug interface is a part of core, so if something is wrong with core, you will get debugger connection errors.

So, basically this error means there is something wrong with core.

Please check "basic" things - processor configuration pins, input clock, power supplies and etc.
