MMA8652 : Using on highlands

Dear community,
We have been developing our product with MMA8652.

We hope to use the MMA8652 on Low pressure environment ( 472mbar ) .

A 472mbar is equivalent to altitude degree of 6000m.

[Question]
   Are there any problem using in such a environment ?

   We could not find a note in MMA8652 data sheet.

Hi Koichi Sakagami,

We don’t have any evaluation done at such low pressure environment.

But, according to our chief engineer, since the g-cell is hermetically sealed at the bond pressure it is not affected by the ambient pressure changes. So, operating at a lower pressure should not affect the pressure in the g-cell and therefore will not affect the performance.
