Thank you for your answer i know that you would replay this link, because i already searched the forum but that didn't help.
Now i am getting this error message :
Ni: LPCXpresso RedlinkMulti Driver v8.1 (Mar 11 2016 13:34:34 - crt_emu_cm_redlink.exe build 672)
Pc: (  0) Reading remote configuration
Nc: Found chip XML file in D:/Melo/Tachosafe 4/FW LPC/Bootloader/Release/LPC1756.xml

Pc: (  5) Remote configuration complete
Ed:02: Failed on connect: Ee(36). Could not connect to core.
Et:31: No connection to emulator device
Pc: (100) Target Connection Failed

I have replaced my LPC-Link with another one and that one is working, so it is most like that the LPC-LINK got damaged somehow.

Actually, your code can destabilize the part if, for example, the PLL Current Controlled Oscillator setting is out of range. If memory serves, there may have been an errata on the Fcco frequency range in the user manual. In any case, before digging further, read this FAQ.

Regaining debug access to target MCU

That doesn't mean anything.
But given you have provided no information on what problems you are experiencing, it is impossible to offer any other advice. Good luck.

Check your power. It is highly unlikely (impossible?) that your code damaged your chip.

I could erase it with Flash Magic over ISP and program it, but it is behaving strange, maybe the software damaged somehow the processor ?
