Define ADC in LPXpresso 1343

I probably doing something wrong. :D
I connect 1V to AD0 but I can't read any value. I think I'll connect 1TeraVolt to it :)
I managed to get it work a few weeks ago but not for this time, I probably deleted something.
Can someone tell me how to define & use ADC?
