I got something strange when powering the xpresso board with an external supply. My analog circuit has a 5v regulator. I connected the 5v pin to VIN (EXT_POW) of the xpresso 1769 board(pin2). 2 LEDs (LED2 and another 1) start to blink continuously. But when I connect the USB cable 5v (VBUS) blinking dosent happen. What could be the reason ? Is it ok to supply regulator 5v to VIN ?? This is my schematic :

This is my block diagram. I use single regulator for both xpresso board and Mux supplies. And I checked the board using separate regulator. Still 2 LEDs blink continuously. When i power the board with USB bus supply no blinking there. What these 2 LEDs indicate here ? I'm bit scare about my board :/
