The data sheet for the LPC111X states that the min endurance for flash write/erase cycles is only 10,000. That seems a little low. Does anyone know what the typical number might be?

On a related subject, the data sheet was awfully hard to fine on the NXP site. You can navigate your way to the user manual but aparently not to the data sheet. I did find it using Google.

A quick tip: If you click on the chipname in the status bar in the bottom right corner of the IDE, it opens an internal browser on the correct page for the part, with links to the Datasheet, User Manual etc. If you Shift-click, it open the system browser on the same page.

10,000 erase/write cycles is typical for these low voltage devices.  Note that the figure stated is a minimum - you will typically achieve a much higher number.  If you look at similar products from other vendors, you can find numbers as low as 100-1000 cycles.

You can find the data sheets here http://ics.nxp.com/products/lpc1000/lpc11xx/
Just click on the "show more information" icon for the appropriate device.
