Hi,

Is there any data on current consumption per MHz of clock  speed below 12MHz for LPC1102 and LPC11U14 ? The datasheet mentions 2mA  at 12MHz and no information for lower speeds.

I need to run the  system at no more than 4MHz for most of the time (possibly using the  internal RC oscillator). Can I expect the current consumption be  significantly lower than 2mA, say around 0.5mA?

I see the sleep current consumption in the datasheet is 1mA which is not very low.

Apologies if this question sounds obvious, I am new to NXP  micros.

Thanks
