Return code: 0x86

Dear all: I use LPCXpresso  v7.5.0 [Build 254] [2014-10-31]  connect to LPC_Link with my target.
The second time that I start the debug connect appar this message:

Flash driver "Init" return code: 0x86

and after :

InterruptedException
Timeout waiting for StubMonCapabilities: -interpreter-exec console "mon capabilities"

  at org.eclipse.cdt.dsf.mi.service.command.AbstractMIControl$RxThread.run(AbstractMIControl.java:755)

After disconnet and re-connect the LPC_Link, the first time all is ok.

How can I solve this problem ?

I have solved the problem setting in Debug Configuration -> Debug -> Vector catch = True .
This setting affects how ?
I don't understand how one can be solved the problem . . .
