Hi,

I'm getting an License Check Failure error dialog.

The console shows the following message:

****
LPCXpresso Debug Driver v2.0 (Dec 10 2009 17:53:22)
Looked for chip XML file in C:/nxp/lpcxpresso_3.1/bin/LPC1343.xml
Looked for vendor directory XML file in C:/nxp/lpcxpresso_3.1/bin/nxp_directory.xml
Found generic directory XML file in C:/nxp/lpcxpresso_3.1/bin/crt_directory.xml
NXP: LPC1343  Part ID: 3D00002B
License check failure (CheckLicense)
****

Does anyone knows what is going wrong?

Thanks
Marcelo

There have been two releases since 3.1.2.
- v3.1.4  (released in late December) fixes the issue you are reporting
- v3.2.1 (released yesterday) improves performance on Windows XP and improves some Peripheral views

So, no, 3.1.2 is not the latest!

Hi,

Just to mention:

I do have:

1 - LPCXpresso LPC1343 Rev A
1 - RDB1768

I have both (LPCXpresso IDE and Code Suite 2 - Eval) intalled

I can run and debug programs using RDB1768 and Code Suite 2.

I have the problem when using LPCXpresso IDE with LPC1343

Thanks

Hi,

I'm using the following version:

LPCXpresso:
Build id: 2009-12-11 (v3.1.2)

Isn't this the most recent?

thanks

Hi,

It looks like you are using an out-of-date version of LPCXpresso (v3.1.2?).

You can download the latest version from Downloads area of the lpcxpresso.code-red-tech.com.
