LPCXpresso LPC1769 eval board debug with LPCXpresso v 6.0.2 - simple and good tutorials

Hi everyone!

I need to debug my proggram on working device/microcontroller LPC1769 on the LPCXpresso LPC1769 eval board but I have never done it.
Do you know any simple and good tutorials or movies on YouTube which show how to do it?

I will be very gratefull for quick help :).

Why use v6.0.2 when the latest is v7.7.2?

There is a basic tutorial in the User Manual.
