I have a prototype LPC1347 which I can program and debug fine using CrossStudio. The application runs when I start debugging, but if I disconnect my SWD cable and power cycle it doesn't run the program from Flash. If I reconnect the SWD cable and start the application manually from CrossStudio without re-programming it starts fine.

Anyone any ideas what I'm missing.

I've got the reset line tied high and have toggled it low to force a restart.

I have just realised that simply starting actually performs another download to the device, so I guess it might not be saving to the internal EEPROM?
