Hi,

There are a number of RXD and TXD pins available on the LPC1115FBD48 variant listed below,

RXD - Pin 46, 37, 18, 11
TXD - Pin 47, 36, 21, 12

My question is what pin/pair will be used during the initial bootup ISP programming.  In the LPC1114, there is only one RXD and TXD pin option.

I have gone through the manual and datasheet and this is not stated clearly what pins are used for the ISP programming bootloader.

Thanks for your help,
Albert

Hello,

Since the LPC1115 is backward compatible to the rest of the 111x series, ports PIO1_6 and PIO1_7 support the RXD/TXD ISP function.  These are pins 46 & 47 on the LQFP48 package.

What is the correct pin pair for the LQFP48 package ??
Thank you.

And which pins are used for UART in boot mode in chips without UART remap capabilities?

Use the same pins as one would use in LPC1111, LPC1112, LPC1113.
