Hi LPC freaks & experts,

I have some new ideas in my mind and i would like to discuss them with you, if it is possible or not... :)

In my next project it is not possible to connect a LPC1114 controller directly to a debug connector or something similar. But it is possible to route the SWD and reset signals to the GPIOs of a different controller, which has a physical link to a PC. I would like to use the other controller as a tunnel to my LPC controller, therefore i am able to debug/flash it from the LPCXpresso environment in the usual way.

What i need is a driver (something like the provided "crt_emu_lpc11_13_nxp.exe"), which connects the LPCXpresso IDE with my other other controller using the special physical link.

Now to my questions:

1) Is this approach possible or complete nonsense ?
2) Is there any kind of documentation available concerning the driver integration into LPCXpresso ?
3) Does anyone has any experience or perhaps even examples of such a driver ?

Thanks a lot for your help !

  Arne
