WANTED - LPC82x Wake up timing

The LPC82x User Manual does not contain any Information about Wake-Up timing from the Sleep and Power-Down modes.

Does anybody know a these values? Or at least the exact IRC startup time?

I need these values to compare the LPC82x with some other devices with an very fast startup from low power modes.

My App needs (optimal) 2 to (maximum) 10 us to reach the first IRQ routine statement (enable counter) from deep-sleep or power-down
with 8 or 12 MHz IRC.

The LPC82x Low power modes according to my measurement running at 3.3v,12Mhz frequency and  25°C

                                            Currents        |     Time taken to wake up from sleep modes

Sleep Mode :                       1.29 mA       |  2.6uSec
Power Down:                       129.3 uA      |  4.5uSec
Deep Power Down :             1.6 uA          |  60uSec
