LPC812+ lpclink2+keil can download program but cannot execute

After running program for 5 days, t suddenly stopped.
When connected  to debugger, it can download code but cannot start debugging(cannot access memory)
Earlier it was working fine with same set up and configuration.

When i checked each of the pin of LPC812, found 2 pins are at 0 volt(PIO0_12 and PIO0_7) while other pins where at high voltage(3.3V).

Can you suggest what might be the issue?

One more thing, ISP pin(PIO0_12) is always low when checked teh signal using oscilloscope.
No pins are shorted among each other.

Dear whitecoe,

ISP mode is needed when the debugger cannot access debug port(cannot connect to device) and also cannot download code in to flash.
In my case, I can download code into flash but cannot start debug access.

When start any debug session, program runs automatically but I cannot see any breakpoint or memory.
Debugger always pop up "cannot access memory" all the time.

Cannot jump to reste vector or function main().

Try booting into ISP? http://www.lpcware.com/content/faq/lpcxpresso/regaining-debug-access
