Can I have CPCN for LPC812M101JD20 to LPC812M101FD20

I have an issue to entering ISP mode with LPC812M101JD20. And I also noticed that JD20 is not recommended for new design. However element14.com/Farnell only offers JD20 version in China.

Can I know why JD20 is not suitable for new design? Any related documents like CPCN for LPC812M101JD20. Is it related to ISP mode or bootloader?

It seems I made a mistake. LPC812M101JD20 is in production, while LPC812M101FD20 is not for design in.

But when I browse LPC812M101JD20 product information, only FD20 information is available.
