Someone recently asked question whether it would be possible to do microsecond delays. I responded it is probably possible by wasting clock cycles, noting that a third party MCU can do 3 microsecond delays running only at 16mhz.
This post was promptly edited by someone to remove any mention of said third-party MCU.
This is not OK, and not proper forum moderating technique. I am not against a rule that you can not mention a competing brand in the posts, but the proper way to handle such posts is to either delete them and notify the user why, or edit the post to make it clear that it was edited by a moderator.
It is not OK to edit another users post with no indication a moderator had made edits to it.
