What for SPI Test Status Register and SPI Test Control Registers are used in SPI module?
Please explain with scenario.

Note that the bits in this register are intended for functional verification only. This register should not be used for normal operation.

most likely these are registers that are used for internal NXP testing
to test the peripheral.
they probably do not need to be mentioned in the manual, but some one would discover them anyway, and get "jollies" about the discovery.
So, they tell you that the registers exist, and they tell you not to use them.
So don't use them.
