Hello friends,

Recently I downloaded mdk5 arm to use it for LPC4370 but I didn't find this controller in target option. Previous Keil mdk4.70 also doesn't have option for LPC4370. So is it possible to use keil for this controller? If it is possible, please let me know how do I do it. Any help regarding this will be highly appreciated.

You need to download the LPC4300 pack. When creating a new project select the right MCU. The LPC43xx family have a lot in common so they are put in the same pack. Here is a screenshot

I was able to get Keil MDK 5 lite talking to my LPC Link2 just by installing Keil, then flashing "CMSIS-DAP" firmware image with LPC Link2 Config-tool, then changing the debug/target config in Keil to use a CMSIS probe driver. Make sure to install JP1 after flashing CMSIS-DAP image!

Thank you very much TheFallGuy. I just missed that. Now I found the device listed in the target option after installing legacy support.

I just looked myself. Did you look here?

http://www2.keil.com/mdk5/legacy

It says:
- To use devices that are not yet supported by a Device Family Pack.

Why not ask on the Keil forums? They are the experts for their product.

Yes, I have look into their site, actually they have pack installer for installing desired family, but still they don't have option for lpc4370. I have look into internet, I think some have used Keil for this microcontroller, but I cannot find any option in it. So please help me regarding this.

I think Keil changed how they deliver part support. IIRC, instead of delivering support files for every microcontroller that they support, you have to go to the Keil website and download the part support for the family you want.
