Hi,

I have not used LPC43xx series before.
Most of the LPC43xx in TQFP packages are sold as FLASH-less parts.
If I were to use this in a product, how the code protection is ensured?

Thanks
Leo

Thanks Dave,

Where can I buy flash versions of LPC43xx in production qty?

No distributor carries a stock of TQFP parts with flash.

I used to work with Microchip products and you typically get them in 100's qty from online distributors (Digikey/Farnell/Mouser/Arrow) and from Microchip online store if you need 1000's+.
You can always find some stock somewhere if you are caught short.

I'd like to have a go at NXP parts but how do I source the parts?

Thanks
Leo

NXP's feature "Code Read Protection" is implemented on NXP parts with on-chip flash. The LPC43xx variants without on-chip flash don't implement CRP. It would be harder to secure code on a flashless part that boots and runs from external memory.
