Hello,

We have an application that uses ADC, MCPWM and CAN.

We have been experiencing CAN problems and after some research, we have found the Errata sheet LPC435x/3x/2x/1x flash-based devices mentioning  BUS problems between CAN and the mentioned devices.

However, on the LPC43xx Datasheet from 15 of March 2016 (v5.3), it is said that the problem is solved since version v3 from 2014/08/19.

" Removed restriction on C_CAN bus usage. See CAN.1 errata in Ref. 2."

Is it really solved?

If so, how can I identify the "fixed" Chips?

Thx

Hi,

That's true, I have not read that chapter on the errata.

Is there a way to identify the chip revision by reading the chip memmory using IAP for example?

Thanks for the help.

Please read again the errata sheet.
Chapter 1 explains how to identify the chip by interpreting the numbers printed on the chip.
